We offer the Level 2 Award in HACCP and the Level 3 Award in HACCP. Both courses can be run as a catering course or for manufacturing

The Level 2 Award is suitable for anyone working in catering or manufacturing that needs a basic level of understanding to do with HACCP.

The HABC Level 2 Award in HACCP is a one day course followed by a multiple choice exam (on the same day)

The Level 3 Award is suitable for supervisors, managers and chefs from a manufacturing or catering background who may have a responsibility for maintaining and reviewing their Food Safety Management System

The CIEH Level 3 Award in HACCP is a one day course with an assignment to complete after the course.
