We offer the following food safety courses: (Level 1, 2 and 3 food safety courses are available for catering, retail and manufacturing.
- Level 1 Award in Food Safety (3 hour course)
- Level 2 Award in Food Safety ( 1 day course)
- Level 2 Award in Cleaning in Food Premises ( 1 day course)
- Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety (3 day course)

All courses are accredited by the CIEH or HABC awarding bodies.
One day courses can be run over two half days if required. All our courses are run using a combination of videos, group exercises, discussion and quizzes.
Exam papers and workbooks can be ordered in other languages on request. - please ask for details. Special arrangements can be made for an oral exam if requested. All candidates need to have a basic level of English to be able to follow the course, participate in group activities, and complete a multiple choice exam. If successful, certificates will be sent out approximately 6 weeks after the course.
